Rugged, reliable, and versatile.
Models range in size from 0.5 cuft to 20 cuft.
Come as the blast machine only or with a complete machine system.
A complete system includes the blast machine, remote controls, a nozzle, couplings, blast hose, an Apollo Supplied-Air Respirator, an air filter, and spare parts.

2452	6 cubic foot capacity. 150 psi working pressure.
2443	6 cubic foot capacity. 150 psi working pressure. Has a low pot for easier abrasive loading.
2643	8 cubic foot capacity. 150 psi working pressure. Dual blast chambers permit continuous blasting.
3661	10 cubic foot capacity. 150 psi working pressure. Stationary model, suitable for industrial use or applications requiring a large-volume, yet economical, blast machine.
3680	20 cubic foot capacity. 150 psi working pressure. Stationary model, adapts to fixed sites or to custom truck-mounted or trailer-mounted systems.

OPTION	ATTRIBUTES
Wetblast Flex	Complete and portable system includes 6 cu foot blast machine, Wetblast injector pump module, 120-gallon storage, all mounted on a portable steel-framed skid.
Wetblast Injector	Converts a dry-blast machine to a Wetblast machine. Also allows for rinsing and air drying, and can quickly be set up for dry blasting.
Wetblast Attachment	For jobs with less dust output. Mounts on the barrel of a blast nozzle to quickly give a dry blast machine wetblast capability.
Power Gun H2O	Portable suction-blast tool. Ideal wetblast option when a traditional wetblast machine would be too large, inconvenient to set up, or outside a job’s budget.

BNP 220 Pressure Blast Cabinet	The BNP 220’s larger enclosure (50 by 39 by 43 inches tall) accepts powered turntables, ZERO’s A-300 Automation Kit, and other Option Plus modifications. Available in a Double cabinet configuration that provides easy access to blast from either station to accommodate long or complex parts. One nozzle and foot pedal are standard.
BNP 220 Suction Blast Cabinet	Unique Air Logic system (pilot actuated) to maximize air flow to the blast gun. Also available in a Double cabinet configuration to accommodate long or complex parts. One nozzle and foot pedal are standard.
BNP 65 Pressure Blast Cabinet	The BNP 65 (enclosure size: 36 by 36 by 38 inches) is available in suction and pressure blast models, and accepts popular options – turntables and tracks for heavy parts, vertical doors to speed loading, and other Options Plus modifications. Available in a Double cabinet configuration that provides easy access to blast from either station to accommodate long or complex parts. One nozzle and foot pedal are standard.
BNP 65 Suction Blast Cabinet	Unique Air Logic system (pilot actuated) to maximize air flow to the blast gun. Also available in a Double cabinet configuration to accommodate long or complex parts. One nozzle and foot pedal are standard.
BNP 6012 & 7212 Pressure Blast Cabinets	Offer the biggest work chambers available in manual blast cabinets – 58 by 58.5 by 50 inches tall and 69 by 72 by 60 inches tall, respectively. Available in suction and pressure models.
