#2050 About 5% less cut than #2000 but about 12% longer life. Produces RMS finishes in the 6-10 range. With proper compound can produce decorative plating surfaces. Tan color.
#2000 XC Mixture of Zircon and Quartz. Reasonable cut and life properties. Produces a modified matte finish. RMS finishes in the 7-11 range. Pastel Green color. Weight 58 lb. / cubic foot.
#3104 Blend or Aluminum Oxide and silica for faster cut. Matte type finish. Produces RMS finishes in the 10.
#3194 Blend of Silicon Carbide abrasive. Fast cut with no aluminum oxide impregnation, which can interfere with welding and brazing of parts. Produces RMS finishes in the 10.
#4000 M-1 Blend of Silica abrasives, very fine mesh size resulting in longer life and low attrition. Longer wearing and less cutting than #4000. Very good color and low RMS finishes. Tan color. Weight 60-lb./cubic foot.
#4000 M-2 Same as #4000 M-1 with less total abrasives resulting in longer life and less cut. Excellent for chemically accelerated processes. Low Foaming formulation. Tan color. Weight 57-lb./cubic foot.
#4000 M-4 Special blend of silica abrasives resulting in the lowest RMS finish available. Will buff to outstanding color and clarity. Medium foam formulation. Outstanding on all metals. Yellow color. Weight 57 lb /cubic foot.
#5300-S Blend of silica and alumina abrasives. Provides additional cut and less life and a matte finish compared to #5300. Low RMS finishes. Low Foaming. White color. Weight 57-lb./cubic foot.
#5300-XC Less alumina and more silica than #5300-S. Greater cut but lower finishes due to smaller grain size of abrasives. Low RMS finishes, low foaming formulation. White color. Weight 59-lb./cubic foot.
#6040 Blend of silica abrasives. Produces finish as #2000. Longer lasting and less cutting than #2000. Formulated for chemically accelerated process. Tan color. Weight 55-lbs./cubic foot.
H-B Zircon and silica abrasives that combine for a Low Foaming efficient deburring media. Good RMS finish. Cinnamon color. Weight 75-lb./cubic foot.
