Low Density Duramedia Plastic Media has been formulated for a wide range of applications. These general purpose medias can be used for deburring, flash removal, burnishing and preplate finishing.

DPLD 10	68	Blue	Very mild cutting action producing a low micro-inch preplate finish. Use for surface preparation of parts which require buffing, burnishing or plating. Provides a smooth, clean and reflective finish.
DPLD 20	75	Green	A media which gives a medium cut while producing a low micro-inch finish. Use for surface preparation on requiring plating, buffing or burnishing. Will usually eliminate a two (2) step process.
DPLD 30	75	Maroon	A faster cutting media which provides a very bright low micro-inch finish. Eliminates two (2) step operations where surface removal, buffing or plating of parts is required.
DPLD 40	68	Tan	A fast cutting media which provides a smooth matte finish. Removes burrs, flash, die marks and blends parting lines easily. A general purpose media for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
