These Duramedia Plastic Medias are designed for superior cut and stock removal on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. In most instances these high density medias will reduce cycle times and provide vastly improved finishes in applications ranging from deburring of hard metals to fine finishes on intricate parts.

DPHD 110	80	Yellow	A mild cutting media which produces a very bright preplate finish. Use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals which require plating or where burnishing is necessary.
DPHD 120	85	Dk. Yellow	A media which provide a more aggressive cut while producing a bright smooth low micro-inch finish. Use to provide a preplate finish on all ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
DPHD 130	88	LT. Blue	A fast cutting media which provides a low matte finish. Use for deburring and surface metal removal on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Reduces cycle times and gives a preplate finish.
DPHD 140	90	LT. Gray	An extremely fast cutting media which provides a smooth matte finish. Use when removing surface imperfections or for forming a radius on parts. Blends sharp edges and parting lines.
